Confirmed - also with Luna theme, both on Win XP 32bit and Win 7 x64

Yes, it happens, too, on Windows 7 Home Premium SP1, 64-bit with Aero theme on and glass effect off.
Total Commander 8.0ßß7 32-bit exhibits the problem, T.C. 8.0ß6 32-bit does not.

I have added double buffering when drawing icons. Seems like TC is using white instead of gray for the background color for some unknown reason...

Confirmed fixed in TC 8.0b8 32bit both under Win XP and Win 7
