[BugReport] subdir of not listable FTP directory

Post by *bb »

Hi,
I just found the following bug in TC 6.01:

Part I: (minor one, but probably related...)
What's happening: If the parent FTP directory may not be listed the directory-bar shows 0:\*.* instead of 0:/directory/notlistable_directory/mycurrentdirectory/*.*

Part II:
Precondition: Enable Configuration->Display->"Show parent dir also in root of drive", otherwise bug won't occur.
What's happening:
(i am in a subdir of a not listable one) if i press backspace or [..] i ascend to \\mycomputer but not to 0:/directory/hidden_directory/*.*
Workaround: to change to the parent directory type "cdup" or "cd .."

I hope that is enough information, if not just ask :)

What does the command PWD return (command line)? TC uses it to request the current dir from the FTP server.

I don't quite undertstand part 2 - is it related to part 1 (that you cannot reach the hidden dir)?
