[Suggestion] Add the Text Editor button for function

The embedded text editor of TC Android is very useful.
It support utf-8 and local code page.

But it just can "open an exist file" for edit.
Please add the button on tool bar or add the function to menu that I can create a new text file with the editor.

You can create a new file with the context menu on the topmost item (updir, "..").
