Synchronize dirs to webdav fails to create directories

I am using Synchronize directories function to sync to a cdirectory on WebDAV (apache) using the webdav fs plugin.

When there is a new directory with a new file in it, it seems tc is trying to PUT the new file without creating the directory first, resulting in a 403 error
and failed sync...
When i create the directory manually it works.
