[TC8b12 64bit] - button, choose command -> crash

Hello,

TC crashes if you try to click to the category "usercmd.ini" in Choose Command window during editing a button.

Hmm - I can reproduce the error in http://ghisler.ch/board/viewtopic.php?p=236886 - but not the one in this thread, so maybe they are not related.

Reproduced the bug using T.C. 8.0ß12 64-bit.
Confirm the bug is fixed in T.C. 8.0ß13 64-bit.

Windows Server 2003 Std SP2 64-bit
Total Commander 8.0ß13 64-bit
