Solved [TC 8.0b12 x64 & x86] Error displaying inactivefocus

To reproduce:

1. Enable inactive focus cursor - for example: InactiveFocus=1.
2. Make a Costum columns view that is wider than the file panels.
3. Enable Horizontal scrollbar for this view.
4. Open a folder with this view.
5. Click in the opposite panel.
6. Slide the horizontal scrollbar in the first panel sideways.
7. Depending on the speed of the sliding you get more or less vertical lines in the inactive focus cursor - see: http://madsenworld.dk/tcmd/inactivefocus_error.png .

Thanks, I didn't consider the horizontal scrollbar. The right line shouldn't be shown when you can scroll to the right, just as with the active panel cursor.
