[8.0ß13] Focus set to right panel when moving splitter

1. Set focus to the left panel.
2. Start moving the file panel splitter or double-click it.
3. Focus is set to the right panel.

The problem appeared in β11.

Jump to the right panel top

No - to the last highlighted file/folder in the right panel, which will be the first one if the panel hasn't been touched.

OK. I restarted TC when trying confirm bug. I my case last file has missed.

Strange, this should happen only when the left panel width is reduced to almost 0 - I will check it.

Confirmed fixed in TC 8.0b14 32 and 64bit

Now the cursor doesn't jump to the opposite panel until the splitter reaches 99.1% or 0.9%
