Hi I found two problems
1. Files with different time (+/-) 3 sec are compared as identical

2. When we pack "test" dir (zip-internal) & unpack to "testzipunpack" we get something like this:

Tested on Total Commander 7.56a/8.0b13 x86, xp/7
Maybe this is problem with Windows/Windows file system, Total Commander, or in second case zip packer but do You know about this?
p.s i know about "only one bug report per thread" but I thing that this is related:)

1. This is intentional, because FAT(32) is only accurate to 2 seconds. Therefore copying between FAT(32) and NTFS can lead to such delays due to rounding up/down.
2. Not a bug, see 1. Time stamps in ZIP are also only accurate to 2 seconds.
