Move with Overwrite all older does not removes the origin

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

Move with Overwrite all older does not removes the origin

Post by *ranmic »

Whenever i am copying large folders i usually use the copy command and once it finishes i run the Move command and selects "Overwrite all older".
When it finishes the "Move" the original folder remains as before and not deleted.
If there is a change in any of the files under that folder the file is actually moved.
Basically i think that the "Overwrite all older" option used to be old or equal and now it is just old.

Thanks again for this great software that has been accompanying me for years now.

This behaviour is by design. Only newer files are copied, and only what is copied will be deleted.
