the title seems to be an enough description.
i'm going to write my own add-on for total commander. since i'm a programmer, this must not be a complex job. but i just know C++ and C#. just like to know what's the rules and how can i do that?

1- Packer plugins
2- File system plugins
3- Lister Plugins
4- Content Plugins
