Date/Time as parameters in buttonbar or startmenu

Hi, is there a way to insert current date or time or a random number as parameters when starting a program via button bar?

Also can there be used some batch variables as parameters, like this "MyFile__%dd:~0,2%_%dd:~3,2%_%dd:~6,4%___%dd:~11,2%_%dd:~14,2%.zip". This will output "MyFile__21_01_2012__12_40.zip"

for example: to make a button to pack a folder when clicked but generate unique output name each time.

I think this will be a great feature to be able to generate unique target name and can be used in many ways and by many programs.

Example: 7za.exe a -r C:\work\*.* D:\backup\file_(%date%).7z

It is not possible, but would be great addition.
Until then, check at the packer program side, maybe there is some parameter that includes the current date/time as a filename.
