[8.0ß17a x64] Nag screen is resizable

Today I found an interesting bug in the most recent 64bit beta version of Total Commander. The way I found it is by just playing around with the nag screen. I just wanted to drag it by clicking on the title bar, but by mistake I resized the dialog box. I immediately checked to see if the 32bit version does the same thing, but unfortunately it's not reproducible on that version of Total Commander.

I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit version, most of us use it with the betas.
Hadn't tried XP 64bit because I don't own a license to it, but I'm sure the bug is still present there too. Also I didn't tried any older beta versions, because it's pointless. It could be a Lazarus bug, and only Christian can tell it.

Here are the steps for reproduce the bug:
1. Install a fresh copy of Total Commander 8.0ß17a 64bit.
2. Run Total Commander.
3. Resize the nag screen.
Note: If your Total Commander is registered just move your wincmd.key to a different location! Most of you know that already, just reminded you guys.

It's not a high priority bug that needs to be fixed, thought I just let you know that it exists. If this was made intentionally for some obscure reason I just apologize. Seems like nobody reported this, and in my opinion it should be fixed before the final version is released.
