[8.0ß19x64] Internal associations dialog is too small

Every time you open an Internal associations dialog, it has zero width and height.

EDIT:
This also applies to "Custom fields by file type" dialog

Only x64 is affected, and also for following dialogs:
Custom fields by file type
Define colors by file type

It seems that it is applied to all dialogs that have class TDlgCustomColors.

I can confirm the error, and I will fix it in the next beta. Fortunately the dialog can be resized manually.
