I don't know if this bug has been discussed elsewhere, but I couldn't find it.
Select with ins some file (better if big ones) then press F5 and copy them somewhere. In the lower-left part of the small pop-up windows the numbers x/y appears. The bug is that x starts from 0, giving a bad count; for example 5/6 is the last of 6 files and the window will close, while you'd expect another file to be copied.
I've noticed that this indication appeares when files are zipped with the internal compressor, with the same bug anyway. The indication also appears when using non supported compressor like 7zip. In this case, the indication is stuck on the final files, like y/y. I think that this indication is useless and should be eliminated: in fact, bytes indication on the right side is not shown.
Thanks

This indication shows how many files have been copied. It shows 0/6 when none of the 6 files has been copied yet (the first is still being copied).

When I saw it for the first time, I though it was a bug too. Somehow I expected (and I still do) that it should show which file is being processed now, not how many have been processed already. But I have seen a similar behavior before in a few applications (e.g. 7-zip), so I guessed it was intentional. Well, looks like I was right.

Without the second counter I would vote for changing this behavior. I, too, find it more logical to see the index of the currently being processed file than the number of files processed so far. However, to the right we see the similar counter for bytes, and it will hardly be perceived as "the particular 123456th byte out of 10000000 is being processed now". So, to keep the dialog consistent, both counters should behave the same way which is "number of processed files/bytes".
