Strange date bug...

Post by *Clo »

:) Hello everybody !
• With the 6.02 beta3, a strange bug occurs under Win 98 SE, but in one PC of two:
- All files displayed when I open any folder show the current date ( -today-) !
- The same for the ZIPs, though the right option is checked (Zip-date =newest file), while they are ZIPs containing so old files.
- The dirs. / sub-dirs keep the right original date...
• In that PC, TC has some plugins installed (not a lot), but in the other I've only BZ2...
:?:   Did someone see the same thing ?

  Kind regards,
Claude

Mal angenommen, du drückst Strg+F, wählst die FTP-Verbindung (mit gespeichertem Passwort), klickst aber nicht auf Verbinden, sondern fällst tot um.

BTW - that AccessTime setting is not listed in the help-file only in the history.txt file :(

Buggy in anyway

Post by *Clo »

:)  Hello !
¤ Right, Thank you. I set "0'" and it works normally again.
• This instruction is missing in the Help still. I just find it in the file <tc602fixes.txt> ...
:( I couldn't see that before (beta 1) because I no longer receive the betas, I don't know why...
• In anyway, that instruction must not change the date, so it's a bug I guess.

Claude

It does not change the date, it just shows the "last access time" instead of the "last modified time"!

Confusing

:)   Good evening,
"AccessTime=..." is confusing. Looks like an access delay to any operation.
• I guess that something like "LastAccessDate=..." should be much clearer.

Claude

Or "ShowAccessTime" if we want to nitpick...
