SynWrite x64

Post by *Alextp »

I made(started in february) Beta of X64 Edition of Synwrite. DL: www.uvviewsoft.com/bb/ . It has SIMPLER nature than SW 3.0 X32: no docking, no themes, some opts disabled.

See readme.
* menu drawn incorrectly after panels show/hide
* Keys Enter/Esc/Tab don't work in Find dialog (WLX)
* W7: bold font in menus (WLX)

I suggest to rename 64-bit Syn.exe to something like Syn64.exe. Otherwise 32-bit and 64-bit edition cannot be unpacked to same dir.
TC plugins: Autodesk 3ds Max / Inventor / Revit Preview, FileInDir, ImageMetaData (JPG Comment/EXIF/IPTC/XMP), MATLAB MAT-file Viewer, Mover, SetFolderDate, Solid Edge Preview, Zip2Zero and more

Hi,

will there be an update to the 64bit version ? I'm using it very frequently and would like to benefit from the lately added features from the 32bit version.

Many thanks for the great editor

Why wrong? it's big hassle to adapt X32 sources to X64, very much changes needed, NOT simple recompile.

I cannot find the configure file in X64 Edition. But I can find it in X86 Edition. Could you please tell me why?

I just want to change the font of Synwriter.

I got the answer, first of all, you need define a text style , then use the text style.

I was looking at SynWrite x64. You seem to have a license problem. There is a Community Edition for free here: https://www.embarcadero.com/products/delphi/starter/free-download

Does it work for you?
