With the new feature Drag&drop, is possible to select the "up arrow" icon.
IMO This behavior should be changed for avoid confusion to users. Also an error happens when you try drag such icon (no selected files)

This is indeed not intentional - I guess that it was turned on as a side effect of adding drag&drop.
