[tweak] Side scroll

Hello,

I've disabled side scroll as it reacts too sensitive when scrolling files and folders with one hand. After disabling the feature, I just realized it is more inconvenient: It would be nice to use the gesture only in the position of arrow bar or some portion of the screen (1/4 screen) like many e-book readers.
