Hide notification bar not available

I can not check the option "Hide notification bar", it is always disabled, with and without "Full screen (no title)" checked.

IIRC in beta 1, It was possible. But I'm not sure, maybe it was in gingerbread, currently in ICS.

ICS doesn't have a top notification bar. What you mean is the other option "Full screen (no title)". The bottom notification bar on ICS tablets cannot be turned off.
