[User err]Unicode char shows as small square in file list...

But displays correctly when editing the file name. The character is "♫".

Any idea why?

1) Your font doesn't support that character.
2) You have your font BOLD in the file-list panel, and Your font doesn't support that character when bold.
---> A non-bold font is used for in-line renaming; or
---> A different font entirely is used for in-line renaming.

You are correct, thanks, changing from semi-bold to bold fixed it.
