RedLOCK - copy locked files

RedLOCK plugin works on block level of file system when copying files. So, it can copy files that TC can't. With RedLOCK you can copy register files, files in config directory of system folder, swap files. Other option of plugin - copy with retry. See ini file in plugin directory.

Because it depends on system routines, you need native TC. In Win x64 you need x86-64 TC.
