New FTP features ?

Is possible add this feature to better work with FTP ?

- synchronize local-remote directories without any specify subfolders (folder exlusions)

- option set for FTP to set time/date of local files by remote as function synchronize ... Synchronize works good, but when I want transfer only one file, synchronize is very slow
