Application error

I'm using Win 7/64 incl. latest MS patches.
I installed the lister plugin IniEd 1.2 and configured it for *.ini files.

Viewing/Editing an INI-file with this plugin in admin mode works fine, but when closing the Viewer in 'normal' mode via ESC key TC crashes constantly with the following error message:

"Exception EExternalException in module TOTALCMS.EXE at 74FBB1DF. External exception EEDFADE."

Any idea?
