+[8.50b1x32] No Escape from SyncRecompare

It is not possible to close Synchronise directories dialog with Sync Recompare set.

Steps to reproduce:
1. set SyncRecompareAfterCopy=0 in wincmd.ini
2. run TC and start Synchronise directories operation
3. click on Compare and Synchronize…
4. after everything hit Escape button

Result:
It is not possible to close synchronisation window with simple Esc.

Expected result:
Otherwise.

ESC is disabled in this dialog as soon as you make any changes, e.g. check/uncheck files, so you don't lose all your work by mistake. I think that I can re-enable it in this special case.
