+error during file encode leaves the file locked

Procedure:
Start encoding small file to base64 to the folder which is not writable (e.g. c:\ or folder with only list content permission) and when dialog shows to change folder press ESC.
You can't delete original file until Total commander is closed.

Problem confirmed using TC 8.50 beta 1 32bit.

Tested OK using beta 2 and beta 5.
