+Copy queue don't copy file

Repo:
1 Create a folder name test;
2 Create several folders into test;
3 Create a file into any of folders created in step 2;
4 Goto the parent of the folder created in step 1;
5 Select the folder test;
6 Make sure the target is another drive (i didn't test copying to same drive)
7 f5
8 f2

you will see the whole folder tree is created on target but none of files are copied.
