-AlwaysToRoot=0 stop working

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

TC always switch to the root directory when changing drives even when set AlwaysToRoot=0

Not True it looks like it depends what is shown in the other panel...

Indeed it should set the path from the other panel, or if it's on a different drive, go to the last visited directory.
