Lister as a separate exe-file?

Post by *leopoldus »

Is there any option to get a Lister, which in built in TC's code, as a separate application? The last version available is Lister from TC 6.50 here http://www.ghisler.com/lister/, but since version 7.50 (???) TC uses later and much more advances version of Lister.

This one is based on TC 7 - there is a bug on the download page - not updated after new release, but described in lister.txt inside ZIP.
But i'm missing standalone Lister too - it seems it's a little lighter than loaded by command %COMMANDER_EXE% /S=L, the only what can we do now.

oaded by command %COMMANDER_EXE% /S=L, the only what can we do now.
It is possible from within TC only, thus it does not suite, say, for using in command-line .bat files and other apps. Besides you can not call Lister this way via context menu to a file, what is IMHI the most convenient method.

It works also from outside of TC, there is no need to use %COMMANDER_EXE%, just use the real path to the exe.

Thanks for a hint!
However it would be nice to have the native Lister as a separate executable application. I guess, that it is not very complex task for Christian ;)
