64-bit Plugin Wrapper

Hi,
There was talk about a wrapper to use 32-bit plugins under TC x64 which was not explored further as to give incentive to convert plugins to 64-bit. I think we're past this point. Could we perhaps move along and try and create this wrapper for the remaining unconverted 32-bit plugins?

There are x64 versions of SLister, Multiarc, HTMLview

There was a user who almost started writing the wrapper but Christian said not to write it yet but I wasn't able to find the topic. Anyone, please?

Ricos wcx wrapper is available on request from http://www.tcmdplugins.com. I use version 0.1 (from 26th of June 2012) and also gave some feedback on it. It seems no longer developed (guess because http://ghisler.ch/board/viewtopic.php?p=250426#250426 stopped).
