This only appears when the language is set to an Eastern Asian language (Chinese, Korean, Japanese, etc), whose fonts are higher than their western language counterparts.

1. Change the language to an Eastern Asian language (Chinese, Korean, Japanese, etc).

2. Open the Configure dialog, set the font of the dialog to something like Tahoma, 8, or Segoe UI, 8.

3. Go to the Operation page, the top of "Mouse selection mode" (in Chinese, etc) is obscured by the "Main program" group box above it.

A possible solution: move the "Main program" group and all the check boxes inside it up a few pixels.

Confirmed, thanks. It looks like I made the distance a bit too small when adding the 2 extra options.
