+[TC8.50b8]No tooltip with full name after feed to listbox

* Enable option: Configuration/Options/Display/Show file name in file list as tooltip if truncated
* Search files and click the button Feed to listbox
* Adjust windows size or column size so a file is only just truncated
Tooltip with full name is not shown when mouse cursor is on the truncated file name.

It only happens when the file name is only just truncated. After resizing window/column a little bit more, the tooltip is shown.

It only happens when search results are fed to listbox. It does not happen in a normal file list.

Bug seems to present from the beginning when this option was added for the search results list (TC 6.02).

Can you give me more information? Does this happen only when icons are enabled? Or when there is a vertical scrollbar? Or both?

* I used a new wincmd.ini file and enabled option: Configuration/Options/Display/Show file name in file list as tooltip if truncated
* It makes no difference whether there is a vertical scrollbar or not.
* If I select option: Configuration/Options/Icons/No icons the problems gets much worse.
* If I select bigger icons, the problem is the same.

OK, I will try to analyze it, but it's one of those problems which are hardly relevant but take a very long time to fix...

10.11.13 Fixed: Search, Feed to Listbox: Non-win32 style tooltips not shown if the name was truncated because of just 1 missing pixel (32/64)

Tested OK using TC 8.50b9 32bit.

The problem wasn't the tooltip, but the result string itself - it was shortened too much.
