Hi,
I have this trange issue sometimes with TC

the image thumbnail view is sometimes not as fast as usual, I mean that there are no previews shown for even half or a whole a minute. A thing that doesn't happen if I close and reopen TC (previews are shown immediately). This also happens for small image-folders, but always after a while that I am using this feature.

Thumbnails are loaded in the same background thread which also counts the size of directories and loads icons and overlays. If one of these hangs, then it would also block the loading of thumbnails.
