+[8.50b13] Network path problem

There are two network folders: "\\corp.abcd.ru\folders\R&L Exchange" and "\\corp.abcd.ru\folders\R&L". In "R&L Exchange" folder TС panel caption shows wrong directory name as "\\corp.abcd.ru\folders\", so you can do nothing. In "R&L" directory everything works fine. Probably TC doesn't work because of space in folder name. Note, the part of name before space and second dir name are same. On local drive both names work.

I made a lot of changes in beta 13 to avoid that TC hangs on slow connections, like a timeout of 5 seconds etc.

It was first thing what I should to do, but I deleted 8.50b12. Thanks for link, TC 8.50b12 works normally.
The connection is really slow in busy hours, I used to open network resource two successive times, in this case I can do it. You'll never know how many seconds enough for timeout, it depends. What about NetworkTimeout=5 or somithing in ini file? Surely it's a theme for another topic.

Back to 8.50b13, additional info.
If I open "\\corp.abcd.ru\folders\R&L Exchange" directly, TC 8.50b13 show path "\\corp.abcd.ru\folders\".
If I use lnk-file on local drive, TC shows "R&L Exchange" list, but path from second panel. For example on left panel c:\lotus\, on right d:\R&L Exchange.lnk. After clicking lnk, TC shows c:\lotus\someFileFrom_R&L Exchange.
If I use lnk-file on network drive, TC shows "R&L Exchange" list, but source panel path. For example when I run \\corp.abcd.ru\folders\R&L\R&L Exchange.lnk, TC shows \\corp.abcd.ru\folders\R&L\someFileFrom_R&L Exchange. When I run lnk file from mapped network resource L:\technical\, TC shows L:\technical\someFileFrom_R&L Exchange

Please try a gain with beta 14 when it comes out later this week. I made a mistake when moving one of the functions to a background thread (the result should be ignored, but it isn't). It prevents users from entering protected folders (needing elevation). I hope that this will help in your case too.
