TC allow create files with colon

Steps:
0. choose NTFS disk;
1. Press Shift-F4;
2. Enter "12:21.txt";
3. Push "Ok".

Exp: error message

Act: TC create file with name "12" and ask to editor open "12:21.txt"

This is not a bug, neither in TC nor in Windows. A colon is used to separate Alternate Data Streams (ADS) from the file name on an NTFS file system.
