[Lan Plugin] Cannot connect to my shared folder

Hi,
Someone can give me a little tutorial or good explanation how to connect via the Lan Plugin?
I shared a folder in Windows 7 and then i typed my local IP Address/SharedFolder and my Username and pass and he doesn't connect, he keep asking me for a password.

Maybe you entered the wrong user name? Windows 7 distinguishes between the user name entered during login, and the account name (which appears in c:\users).
