How to disable flat icons

Hi,
There is an option to disable the flat buttons icons?
I want to make the icons like that:

Unfortunately this isn't currently possible. I'm trying to figure out a way to choose the theme, currently it's chosen by the used Android version (via separate subfolders "layout", "layout-v11" etc.)
