-I can't open my excel file on the first time

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

I can't open my excel file on the first time,but I can open it in explorer on the first time.why? :oops:

Are you running TC with admin rights?

You can define an internal association via menu "Files", then it will also work when run as an admin.
