-Help is closed after changing language

Please do not close help when user switches language, it is very irritating and senseless.

I can guess that it have been done in order to reopen help in corresponding language (it is only a guess, I haven't checked it) but if I have the only TOTALCMD.chm, I definitely don't want it to be closed when I switch TC language.

If you close help file in order to reopen one for new language, please check if it exists and close previous one only in that case.

Unfortunately I have to close help otherwise I cannot open the other help! Sorry, it's currently not planned to change this. You can still open the help via button if you want to keep it open.
