Background skip all copy flashes overwrite triangle

Total Commander v2.05b1

setup is left window at ///Apps, right window at /storage/sdcard1/appz,
selected all apps on left and copied to right window. Reports that target file exists and prompts options. Selected skip all. After it starts I am off to other things and press home. Background will eventually stop on a file and flash a yellow triangle with exclaimation point in notification bar. Notification states 'Overwrite: filename". When selected it will show foreground the total commander progress bars and continue. No intervention was actually necessary; other than brining the app to the foreground.
