MP3 Search in list m3u

Well, hello:
Iam a cuban boy who work with Total Commander a lot.
well, i write here because i want to some one make a plugin to work with the extension list of Winamp like m3u, for when i TC some one like me want it to in a drive button bar (left or right) see all music and the place where are.., for copy the only music who are in the list, or make another thing OK.

Please, somebody want help me....???
