New version of WebDAV plugin with QR-Code support

There is a new version of my WebDAV plugin available now, which can scan a QR-Code from TC for Android (Wifi transfer plugin) with a Webcam (e.g. on a Laptop) and make a direct connection.

This way it's no longer necessary to enter the displayed URL manually! In addition to that, the PC can now also connect directly to an access point created by the Android device, e.g. when on the road with no Wifi router. This feature needs Windows XP service pack 3 or newer.

The plugin uses the ZXing library to scan the QR-Codes. In addition to direct connections, it supports the following features:
1. Open browser for QR-Codes other than those for a direct connection
2. Copy text from QR-Code to the Windows clipboard
