[Issue] Using SynWrite Editor 6.15.1925 (Syn2)

Post by *AnthonyCian »

Using an earlier version of Syn2 (6.4.750) I was able to left click on a file from the right panel and view the contents of that file on the left panel using the "Quick View Pane" of TC. At the very bottom portion of the content screen I can toggle the read/write icon to make it editable. When done editing, and to save it, all I had to do was just left click on another file in the right panel and a message came up giving me the option to save it.

I updated to the most current Sny2 plugin and this "Save Method" doesn't work anymore. After editing a file as stated above, then clicking on another file on the right panel, no save message came up and all the editing was lost. The file reverted back to its original state. Yes, I can press CTRL-S but I like doing the other method.

Is there a setting to bring this save method back? OR is it by design now?

Thanks,

Windows 7 64bit; TC 8.51a 32 bit
Syn2 versions (6.4.750 it works) (6.15.1925 it doesn't work)
