IMPORTANT: 12PM File date reported as AM!!!

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

Hi,

If you have a file with file last write date 12:xxPM, it is displayed as 12:xxAM

NOT confirmed, just tried it:
24hour: 00:20 -> 12:20a
24hour: 12:36 -> 12:36p
