Background directory reading and Domain-directory

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

If open "\\Network\", list load by background process - good!
If open "\\Network (Domain)\", list load in foreground process - bug?

Not all virtual folders seem to support the delay load flag, it seems to depend on the underlying virtual folder object.
