Minor UI alignment issue on Windows 10

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

Unfortunately it's well aligned on my Windows 10 computer. :(

In case it helps...

This is on a HP Pavilion x2 laptop with a 10.1" touch display WXGA IPS on 1280x800 resolution.

No special skinning used, I'm running on the default Win10 Home UI setup (latest OS updates installed).

I'm running a fresh installation of TC and this minor inconsistency was visible before I had to tweak with custom values for fonts and the like and according to my preferences.

I notice that on Win7 we have a thin outline surrounding the Directory hotlist and history buttons (which I find better looking) which isn't visible on Win10. This outline actually seems to correct the inconsistency that without it possibly even Win7 would have had the same look. Then again your sample doesn't utilize both the issue and the outline.

Options for flat UI, flat icons and WinXP theme do not seem to compensate here.

Anyway this is way too minor to invest more efforts.

I'm seeing similar effects on Windows 8.1

There is a difference between the TC x64 and the x86 version:

I also noticed that there is no separator between the sorting tabs and the file list in the 32bit version.

It's a bit irritating, but not that big of a problem.

I can confirm that my Win10 installation that utilizes this issue is also x86.

I'm getting a slighlty different look with the 32-bit version (other header border color), but the alignment is still correct:

Unfortunately I couldn't reproduce this - do you still get it with beta 3?

If yes, could you mail me your wincmd.ini? No need for history sections, only the settings.
