With the introduction of the vertical bar I noticed that the layout option to activate/deactivate WinXP theme background does not consider the vertical bar.
The checkmark in the parenthesis specifies "all bars".
Don't know is this is intentional or not but certainly not applicable for all bars now (button bar inclusive).
If we have to consider the vertical bar and with the space being introduced it will look odd not to theme background behind foldertabs too and button bar since the vertical bar smoothly expands to those. If indeed we want to theme this space and be loyal to the checkmark's clarification.
Also while the parenthesis specifies menus as well it's only the menu categories that get themed and not menu contents as they unfold (Directory hotlist & history list too). All those stay unaffected. But this is not new to TC v9 of course.

The upper line is drawn by the theme, the lower by the button bar. On other Windows versions like 10, there is no upper line.
