Native W10 picture viewer

Hello,

Im using W10 native picture viewer (czech called Photos). If Im opening a photo from many others in a folder, I can switch between them (through mouse wheel or left/right arrow). But if I open the same file from TC90b2, Icant change any picture. Is it a feature, or a bug? Thank you for you work and for your answer.

could you please help me with execution of theese two parts? if Im trying to execute them, powershell shows many errors Im doing something wrong... thanks
