after opening preconfigured Tabs through Start-Menu (Command: "OPENTABS"; Parameter: "c:\Total Commander\XYZ.tab"), the standard colors doesn't change to the View-Mode colors.

Should be fixed in beta 4 now, please test! TC will apply the colors now when you switch to a tab. It will not be applied to inactive tabs unless it was saved with the tabs.
