[9.0b4] Crash on hovering 'more' button of vertbar

I've changed vertical buttonbar file to one with a lot of buttons, then hovered triangle button at the bottom of the bar... and got this:

I can reproduce it every time when I hover this button first time after starting TC. If I answer 'continue execution', I can click that button and it works.

Which button size do you use?

I've just tried with different: 20, 23, 24, 28 - crashes. If I disable flat icons - works fine.

Tried with 9.0b4x64 - silently closes w/o any messages on button hover.

Tried with clean INI - 32-bit version crashes but 64-bit version works.

This should be fixed since beta 5, please confirm!
