[TC9] Wrong defaults in help files

Hi there,

TC9 apparently uses MinLineHeight=-1 but the help files (English and German) still state MinLineHeight=0 as default.

Perhaps there are other similar errors where default values have changed from TC8 to TC9.

The default of MinLineHeight is fixed in the German help file, but not in English help file. Furthermore, the default values of MinIconWidth setting are still wrong; must be -2 instead of 0 (German) or -1 (English).

Not exactly fitting the thread title, but I just discovered that DirTabIcons setting is missing in both help files.
